INMAVE se reserva el derecho de suspender o terminar la cuenta de usuarios que infrinjan repetidamente los derechos de propiedad intelectual de terceros. Un usuario será considerado reincidente si recibe más de dos notificaciones DMCA válidas. Las cuentas de usuarios reincidentes podrán ser suspendidas de forma permanente sin derecho a reembolso.
5. Plazo de Remoción
Tras recibir una notificación DMCA válida y completa, INMAVE procederá a retirar o deshabilitar el acceso al material presuntamente infractor dentro de un plazo máximo de 72 horas.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
INMAVE reserves the right to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights. A user will be considered a repeat infringer upon receiving more than two valid DMCA notifications. Repeat infringer accounts may be permanently suspended without refund.
5. Removal Timeframe
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notification, INMAVE will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within a maximum of 72 hours.
